Through a single, seamless integration with Sprinque, marketplaces and merchants can easily offer business buyers convenient and flexible payment options to pay for their purchases while eliminating all risk of the transaction for the merchant, allowing them to safely expand across Europe and beyond.

About the role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers and their buyers be successful while implementing or using Sprinque products. You’ll be working closely with all functions in the organization to ensure our customers have the support they need to quickly implement the Sprinque platform, and act as their main point of contact for future help to ensure they are happy every step of the way as they scale with Sprinque. Location: We have built our first talent hub in the free-spirited city of Amsterdam and will expand to other locations in Europe over time.
Things you might do
- Be the main point of contact for our existing customers’ support and expansion inquiries and ensure they have what they need to be successful.
- Manage customer onboarding and accelerate product adoption.
- Consult and train. You'll work closely with merchants and help them solve complex challenges. You'll show them how to get the most out of the Sprinque platform.
- Demonstrate value, drive growth, show impact. You'll make sure payments are part of a customer's success story, identifying optimizations and detecting new growth paths.
- Take our Customer Success management practices to the next level. You'll manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives, and challenging projects to ensure our customers have the right product and support to be successful.
- Be the driving force in defining the Customer Success function in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment.
- You have 2-4 years of experience in a Customer Success role (or customer facing role) supporting business customers in the payments, e-commerce, or API-first service industries.
- You are fluent (speaking and writing) in Dutch and English. Huge plus if you also speak German.
- Your project management skills are your super power. You can track multiple projects, across multiple stages, ensure they are progressing, and make sure everyone involved is aligned, without ever missing a beat.
- You can see customer challenges brewing from 1000 kilometers away. You build personal relationships with your customers and understand their objectives and key drivers to success.
- You're a self-starter and thrive in cross-functional environments. You love to start from scratch and try new things to generate value for your customers.
