We are looking for a Senior Implementations Manager to join our team. You will work closely together with the CTO and the product and commercial teams to shape the future of the Sprinque B2B payments platform and help the customers integrate our platform via APIs, SDKs, eCommerce plugins, etc. If this sounds like an exciting opportunity and next step for you and your career, please read on and apply!

Location: We are a remote-first company, with a flexible working policy that accommodates onsite and remote teams alike. This may include some amount of travel to Amsterdam based on the need.

Things you will be doing:

• Directly impact how our customers can be more productive by building and supporting the foundational building blocks of Sprinque.
• Work with our commercial team and directly impact how smoothly our customers can integrate with our platform & our plugins.
• Work with our partner agencies to build, maintain and improve plugins in various e-commerce platforms like Woocommerce, BigCommerce, Shopware, Magento etc.
• Gather feedback from customers about our plugins, APIs, documentation, and integrations and improve them.
• Be the technical support bridge between customers and internal teams and external agencies.
• Work closely with external agencies to get these improvements shipped.
• Debugging technical issues at the various levels of the stack and ensuring that they lessen or eradicate at the earliest.
• In short, do everything possible to minimize the time for a customer to go live and ensure customer satisfaction and success from the technical side.

• Channeling your inner customer whisperer, you're always ready to go the extra mile, ensuring customer success and leaving them beaming with satisfaction.
• You thrive on being the superhero in the customer integration adventure, leading the charge and helping them seamlessly blend our platform into their operations.
• Previous engagements include assisting with e-commerce platforms or payment plugins/integrations.
• Your passion lies in efficiently meeting customer requirements and rapidly iterating to deliver results.
• A systems-oriented mindset is deeply ingrained in your thinking process.
• With a solid 5+ years of software development under your belt, you've built web-based software products that are the envy of digital architects everywhere.
• Fluent in English. Extra plus if you speak: Spanish.
