What we're looking for?

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a business developer. At Apicbase, customers are our main focus and we want to do everything to offer our customers the best experience possible. You are a central link: when customers contact our company they will come across you on their way. You are the link between customer and development, between dream and reality. You never lose your temper and always manage to put customers at ease.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Account Executive, you're the face of the company to new prospects.
We love full cycle sales the best: prospect, cycle through deal stages and finally sign them to become new customers. Then you'll hand them over to our Customer Success team.
In the beginning, most of your time you'll be doing new business. After a while you'll see that upsell becomes part of the game (and that's easy and nice!).
We value Account Executives who serve as genuine consultants and problem-solvers, directly engaging with clients to identify and tackle challenges.
While your core mission is to hunt, don't overlook the potential for growth within our existing client base.

What do we expect?

Belgian resident (working from HQ in Antwerp)
We're growing extremely fast. We look for wizards that are native English, any knowledge of another language is a plus.
Strong analytical skills
Experience in another SaaS company is a plus
Basically you need to do three things very well:

1/ You are not afraid to swim through the pool of rejection.

2/ You know that the road to success is built on prompt follow up, fast response and perseverance in communication and

3/ You love the combination between food and technology. We are food tech to the fullest so that's that.
