We are a fast-growing scale-up. This means that over the months/years your position will also grow with you. But the certainties are:

• As a Finance lead, you will compile budgets based on info and feedback from management. (Annual budgets + monthly adjustments when needed)

• Prepare bank files and collect all necessary information.

• When a Finance process is not running optimally, you will spontaneously look for other solutions/software to make the process run more efficiently.

• As CFO, in addition to the pure Finance related processes, you will also investigate which processes in other departments could be improved together with the COO.

• Preparing monthly reports for the Board of Directors.

• You will check new metrics and implement them.

• Together with your team, you make sure that colleagues get the right answers when it comes to invoicing/payments. (both from our team members and with regard to our customers)

• SaaS Experience is a must

• You can demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in a similar role

• You have a Master in Finance (or strong experience)

• Besides Finance, you also have a good interest in other departments so you can spar with your colleagues (Legal, HR, ...)

• Giving presentations both internally and externally is a piece of cake for you

• You have experience with funding and banks

• As Finance lead you have a commercial approach and you are a good negotiator

• Automation? That is obvious for you
