Your role as Digital Marketer
As Junior Digital Marketer, you’ll support our Marketing Manager in bringing Yields’ story to life. You’ll get hands-on with campaigns, content, and tools, learning the ropes of B2B SaaS marketing while making a real impact in the fast-growing world of Model Risk Management and AI Governance.
How you’ll make an impact
Digital marketing & channel management
Keep Yields visible across all digital touchpoints: update the website, schedule social media posts, plan newsletters, and make sure our tone of voice stays consistent everywhere.
SEO/SEA & GEO
Develop and implement strategies to increase Yields’ visibility in both search and generative AI platforms, ensuring our expertise is surfaced and cited.
Paid campaigns & social ads
Set up and run paid campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, retargeting), experiment with messaging and visuals, and optimize based on performance to reach the right audiences.
Analytics & conversion optimization
Dive deep into metrics: track campaign performance, analyze website traffic, measure conversions, and suggest improvements to boost lead generation and ROI.
Support in content creation & storytelling
You won’t be writing novels, but you will help generate content by interviewing our experts and turning their knowledge into sharp LinkedIn posts, blogs, and newsletters that make complex topics (AI risk, compliance, regulation) easy to grasp.
Event marketing & activation
Plan and manage comms around events, from pre-event buzz to live coverage and post-event follow-up, making sure Yields shines online and on-site.
What we’re looking for
- A first experience in (digital) marketing
- Confident in tools like Canva, CMS, Jira, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social scheduling platforms
- Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation is a strong plus
- Comfortable using Google Analytics to steer decisions
- Bonus: you love video and aren’t afraid to script, shoot, or coordinate a short-form piece
- You report to the marketing manager and get ownership from day one
