Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a growth marketing strategy spanning paid media, SEO, content, community building, and email marketing. Build and lead a growth marketing team, set goals, provide coaching, and foster collaboration.
• Own the full marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion, optimizing for ROI and efficiency. Oversee paid media campaigns and SEO efforts to drive traffic and improve search rankings. Align content marketing with business goals to engage audiences and support growth.
• Drive brand advocacy and lead generation through strategic marketing initiatives. Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align efforts and maximize impact. Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and continuously refine strategies while staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

• Have 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a demonstrable track record of scaling a startup from early-stage to significant growth. B2B SaaS experience is essential.
• Are a proven leader with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• Are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of SaaS business fundamentals and market dynamics.
• Speak Dutch and English fluently.
