Role Overview
We're seeking a senior Account Director to boost strategic growth in The Netherlands and across the region. You’ll open doors, shape opportunities, and close complex deals with C-level decision makers in marketing, e-commerce, and CX.
This is a consultative, solutions-led, individual contributor role where you partner closely with our Strategic & CX Planning function to craft value stories, integrate Videobot into clients’ marketing ecosystems, and build lasting revenue.

What You’ll Do
- Own a new-business and growth number (pipeline, ARR, win rate) across the Netherlands
- Creating your own pipeline: Prospect, activate and expand your extensive C-level network (CMO, CDO, CXO, VP eCom, Heads of Digital/CRM) through various channels e.g. cold calling, emails, social media and events.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder cycles from discovery to value justification, and close.
- Work hand-in-hand with Strategic & CX Planning to design actionable ideas and customer journeys, plan & visualise roadmaps that integrate Videobot with clients’ stacks (automation, CRM, analytics, adtech).
- Build and manage executive account plans; forecast with rigor and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success, and partners) to accelerate value and expansion
- Develop channel & ecosystem plays with agencies (creative, design, digital, media) and martech/SaaS partners together with partner sales function within the company
- Represent Videobot at industry events, roundtables, and executive briefings.
What You Bring
- 5–10 years in senior consultative sales or advisory roles in marketing/consultancy services and/or media sales, selling to enterprise marketing/e-commerce/CX leaders.
- A proven network and track record of landing and expanding enterprise accounts the Netherlands.
- Experience launching new categories/solutions and building greenfield pipelines.
- Strong grasp of the marketing technology ecosystem (marketing automation, CRM, analytics, adtech), SaaS business models, and agency operations.
- Languages: Fluent Dutch and English.
- Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
