We are looking for a Head of Marketing to elevate our brand to the next level, to help shape how the world sees and experiences the future of asset management.
Designing and executing our marketing strategy as we continue to scale, this role is perfect for a bold, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in high-growth environments, and knows how to turn marketing into a global brand.
We love bold ideas that push boundaries that drive brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You will balance high-level strategic vision with hands-on execution, helping us refine our brand positioning, and drive market dominance in establishing us as a leader in the fintech space.
Responsibilities include
Shape the brand narrative to define and own the global marketing strategy aligned with our business goals and growth targets
Develop and execute a high-impact growth strategy across multiple marketing channels (paid, organic, SEO, content, lead generation)
Build scalable processes to define brand strategy, customer segmentation, and external messaging frameworks
Manage, mentor, and inspire direct reports providing direction, feedback, and career development opportunities
Ensure positioning and messaging reflects product capabilities and user pain points across use cases
Review and guide campaigns, product launches, press releases, blog posts, and thought leadership initiatives
Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, including 3–5 years in leadership ideally in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
Proven success in scaling marketing functions in a high-growth or scale-up environment
A brand storyteller who can make finance engaging, accessible, and exciting
Previous experience with Fintech product identity & design, utilizing tools such as Figma
Strong Expertise with HubSpot (sales enablement, marketing automation, reporting)
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
