Position Overview

We’re looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our product team. We need someone who has an AI-first mindset, turning strategy into shipped product, enabling team members along the way.

You’ll work across disciplines and develop the muscle for rigorous market-driven development, and use it to drive massive change at high velocity.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap & Execution

  • Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis, serving as the subject matter expert of the platform value.
  • Translate big ideas and themes into a clear, actionable roadmap of features, experiments, and research.

Customer & Market Focus

  • Serve as the voice of the customer to guide product decisions, validating assumptions before building (problem interviews, solution interviews, usability tests)
  • Use data-driven decision making, funnel analysis, and experimentation to optimize product performance.
  • Synthesize feedback from Support, Sales, and direct customer conversations, sharing insights back to the company.

GTM & Enablement

  • Translate product features into business value propositions for GTM teams.
  • Own launch planning for major releases: timeline, deliverables, readiness checklist, training.
  • Work with SAs to refine use cases for different segments and audiences (engineers, VPs Eng, CTOs, analysts).

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 5-8 years product management experience in B2B software (SaaS, infrastructure, or developer tools strongly preferred)
  • Execution-focused mindset: You love shipping. You get satisfaction from crossing things off the backlog, not just talking about vision. You're comfortable being tactical and having a “builder”-mindset
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You've successfully worked across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support. You get alignment without authority.
  • Technical understanding: You can reason on a high-level with engineers about distributed and event-driven systems.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Product-Led Growth (PLG) background with strong analytics/experimentation skills
  • Open-source product experience
  • Previously worked at companies like Confluent, Temporal, HashiCorp, Databricks, Stripe
  • Technical writing, developer marketing, or developer relations background
  • AI/ML product experience
