That’s why we’re not looking for a traditional Finance Manager. We’re looking for a builder. Someone who sees finance as a system that can be designed, automated and continuously improved.

Our ambition is simple:

to build a modern, AI-enabled finance function where automation handles the repetitive work and finance focuses on insight, strategy and growth. You will work directly with our CFO and take ownership of both the day-to-day finance operations and the future architecture of our finance stack.

Your mission?

Build a finance function that scales with the company.

You will:

• Deliver a reliable and efficient monthly close
• Reduce operational accounting work through automation
• Integrate AI and modern tooling where it creates leverage
• Build scalable finance processes
• Turn financial data into clear management insights
• Build and automate reporting around SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, CLTV, payback)
• Translate these metrics into forecasting and financial planning
• Analyse revenue drivers in our pricing model (HQ fee, outlet-based pricing, feature adoption)
• Model how commercial dynamics (roll-outs, outlet expansion, feature upsell) impact growth, margins and cash
• Build dashboards and AI-driven analyses that highlight opportunities and risks
• You’re not building administration. You’re building a finance system.

Who are you?

• You combine financial fundamentals with a builder mindset.
• 4–8 years experience in accounting, audit or controlling
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting
• Experience with monthly closing
• Analytical and process-driven
• Digitally curious and interested in automation
• Comfortable in a hands-on scale-up environment
• Strong sense of ownership
• Big Four background is nice to have, not required.
