🌟 What You’ll Do

• Champion Quality from the Ground Up: Define, implement, and evolve test strategies and frameworks that improve reliability across the platform. Document best practices and establish processes that scale with the team.

• Embed Quality into Product Delivery: Partner closely with developers, product managers, and the QA lead to ensure testing happens early, often, and effectively throughout the development lifecycle.

• Advance Test Automation & Tooling: Drive adoption of modern testing frameworks and continuously improve automation coverage for frontend, backend, and platform workflows.

• Explore the Frontier of Testing: Research and experiment with AI-powered testing approaches and integrate best-in-class tools into our QA workflows where they add real value.

• Own Test Management & Visibility: Maintain and evolve test plans, write and review detailed test cases, and align QA strategy with product goals and SDLC phases.

🔧 Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ Years of QA Engineering Experience: Strong background in testing strategies, with hands-on test automation and manual testing experience. Skilled at writing user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria.

• DevOps & Cloud Awareness: Working knowledge of Terraform, GitHub Actions, and cloud services such as AWS S3 and EC2. Comfortable managing and validating cloud-based test environments.

• Modern E2E Testing Expertise: Practical experience with Playwright or Cypress, using JavaScript/TypeScript for end-to-end testing in modern web applications.

• Collaborative Communicator: Able to work cross-functionally, translate product requirements into testable items, and produce clear documentation that aligns engineering, QA, and product teams.

• Test Strategy & Management Skills: Experience contributing to test strategies, maintaining test plans, and ensuring coverage aligns with product maturity and release goals.
