What You’ll Do

• Champion Quality from the Ground Up: Implementation and execution of test strategies and frameworks that enhance reliability across our platform, while documenting best practices and processes for team-wide adoption.

• Partner for Success: Work hand-in-hand with developers, product managers, and the QA lead to ensure features are tested early, often, and effectively.

• Explore the Frontier: Research and experiment with emerging AI-powered testing approaches and incorporate best-in-class solutions into our QA workflows.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of QA Engineering Experience: Proven background in manual testing, test automation experience in a strong plus. Skilled in writting user stories with test cases. Extensive experience applying a wide range of manual testing techniques tailored to different project needs, ensuring thorough and fit-for-purpose test coverage across various scenarios.

• Collaborative Communicator: You work well with cross-functional teams, translating product requirements into testable items and clear technical documentation to guide development and ensure alignment.

• Cloud-Savvy: Solid understanding of AWS services such as S3 and EC2, with experience managing cloud-based test environments.

• Test Management: Ability to maintain and contribute toward test plans, write detailed test cases, and align existing test strategy with product goals and SDLC phases.

• ISTQB Certified (Preferred): Foundation-level or higher certification is a strong plus.
