Apicbase, based in Antwerp, is a rapidly growing scale-up specializing in the development of software for the restaurant and catering industry. With our software, we assist customers in managing their entire food management process. Thanks to our software, our clients can manage their inventory, place orders with their suppliers, keep food costs under control, and more. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a marketing executive to support our team of specialists. As a Digital Marketer, you will help implement online campaigns and automation. You will be hands-on and work closely with our content team, performance marketer, partnership manager & growth marketer. You will be part of a growing team of marketing specialists.

What will be your responsibilities?

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Be actively involved in SEO efforts
Prepare segmented newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution
You implement segmented lead nurturing sequences that our growth & content marketers come up with, and report on performance.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to improve user experience
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts
You watch over tracking. Mr. UTM and Ms. Funnel are your best friends.
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
You watch over complete and accurate data in Hubspot CRM
Trying new tools and integrating them into the marketing stack doesn't scare you
Digital is in your blood, but you realize offline touchpoints are needed to cut through the noise

Skills we would love to see:

Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience in B2B, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
